Privacy policy

SignProof respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We store documents in private, AES-256 encrypted EU object storage. Documents are never made public or indexed by search engines.

Proof pages are private by default or protected with custom access codes. Signer emails can be masked on public certificates to prevent email harvesting.

When files are uploaded to our public PDF verifier tool, they are hashed entirely in memory and immediately discarded from RAM without persistence on disk or database.
