Private storage and expiring links

All original uploads, signed PDFs, and certificates are stored in encrypted European cloud storage. Files are never publicly accessible without authorization, secured via private links that automatically expire within minutes.

Signer email verification

To prevent unauthorized link forwarders from signing, signers must input a single use six digit access code sent directly to their verified email inbox before reviewing or signing the agreement.

Tamper evident document seal

When a document is completed, SignProof creates an immutable cryptographic seal over the final document. If anyone attempts to modify a single word, number, or clause afterward, the seal breaks and the modification is flagged immediately.
